Dynamic Pair Selection

Allow your signal source (like TradingView) to specify the trading pair in the webhook payload. Without this feature, bots are locked to a single pair.

Upgrading Your Plan

Navigate to Settings → Subscription
Click Upgrade Plan
Select your desired tier
Choose billing cycle: Monthly (pay month-to-month) or Yearly (save ~15%)
Complete payment via supported method

Note: Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade to a lower tier:

Grace Period: Your current features remain active until the billing cycle ends
Resource Pausing: If you exceed the new tier's limits, excess resources are "soft paused"
Reactivation: You can choose which resources to keep active within the new limits

FAQ

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes! Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens if my payment fails?

You'll have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier.

Do unused bot slots roll over?

No, subscription limits are per billing cycle. Unused capacity doesn't accumulate.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

No, each account has one subscription. Create separate accounts if you need isolated environments.
