What is TradeStaq?
TradeStaq is an automated trading platform that connects to cryptocurrency exchanges and executes trades based on:

- Copy Trading: Following expert traders
Is TradeStaq safe to use?

Do you have access to my funds?
No. TradeStaq uses exchange API keys with trading permissions only. We cannot withdraw funds from your exchange account. Never enable withdrawal permissions on API keys used with TradeStaq.

What is a Signal Bot?
A Signal Bot executes trades based on external signals received via webhook. Common sources:
- TradingView alerts
- Custom scripts
- Third-party signal providers
How do I get my webhook URL?
- Create a Signal Bot
- Go to bot settings
- Navigate to "Webhook" tab
- Copy the webhook URL
Why isn't my TradingView alert working?
Common issues:

What is a Trading Bot?
Trading Bots (TradeStaq) run built-in strategies that analyze markets and execute trades automatically. No external signals needed.
How often does a Trading Bot trade?
It depends on:
- Strategy logic: When conditions are met
- Spin interval: How often the bot checks (10 seconds to 2 minutes)
- Market conditions: Volatility, trends
Can I create my own strategy?
Custom strategy creation is available for:
- Admins: Full access
- Trader & Whale tiers: Can publish to marketplace
What happens if my strategy loses money?
Trading involves risk. TradeStaq executes your strategy as configured. We recommend:
- Backtest before live trading
- Start with paper trading
- Use proper risk management
- Never trade more than you can afford to lose
Copy Trading
How does copy trading work?
- Find a master trader in the marketplace
- Subscribe to their signals
- TradeStaq automatically copies their trades
- Position sizes scale by your multiplier setting
Is copy trading guaranteed to make money?
No. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results. Master traders can have losing periods. Always:
- Review performance history
- Understand the strategy
- Start with small allocations
- Monitor regularly
How do I become a master trader?
Requirements:
- Trader tier or higher
- Active Signal Bot
- Verified account
- Enable master settings in bot configuration
How much do masters earn?
Revenue share from paid subscriptions:
- Trader tier: 80% (20% platform fee)
- Whale tier: 85% (15% platform fee)

Can I downgrade my subscription?
Yes. When downgrading:
- Excess resources are "soft paused"
- No data is deleted
- Reactivate by upgrading or deleting excess resources
What happens if my payment fails?
- 3-day grace period
- Access continues during grace period
- After grace period, account downgrades to Free tier
- Data is preserved, resources are paused

Technical Questions
What is a "spin"?
A spin is one execution cycle of a Trading Bot. During each spin:
- Market data is fetched
- Indicators are calculated
- Strategy logic runs
- Signals are generated (if conditions met)
Why is my position size different than expected?
Common reasons:
- Exchange minimum order sizes
- Rounding to exchange precision
- Size multiplier applied
- Percentage vs fixed amount
Can I run bots 24/7?
Yes. Bots run on TradeStaq's servers continuously. You don't need to keep your computer on.
What happens during exchange maintenance?
- Bots continue running
- Orders may fail during maintenance
- Trades resume when exchange is back
- Check exchange status page for schedules
Account & Security
How do I reset my password?
- Go to login page
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check email for reset link
- Create new password
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact hello@tradestaq.com to request account deletion. All data will be permanently removed.
How do I export my trade history?
- Go to Positions page
- Select "Closed" tab
- Apply filters as needed
- Click "Export CSV"
Is my data backed up?
Yes. We maintain:
- Real-time replication
- Daily backups
- Geographic redundancy
- 30-day backup retention
Troubleshooting
My bot isn't trading. What should I check?
- Is the bot active (not paused)?
- Is the exchange connected?
- Is there sufficient balance?
- Are entry conditions being met?
- Check bot logs for errors
Trades are executing but losing money. Why?
Trading involves risk. Possible reasons:
- Strategy not suited for current market
- Parameters need adjustment
- Slippage in volatile markets
- Fees eating into profits
I see a different balance in TradeStaq vs exchange. Why?
- Sync delay (try manual sync)
- Pending orders locking funds

Do profits from trading go to TradeStaq?
No. All trading profits are yours. TradeStaq only charges subscription fees. We do not take a percentage of your profits.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades are immediate with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

Is TradeStaq regulated?
TradeStaq provides software tools that connect to exchanges. We do not hold customer funds or operate as an exchange. Users are responsible for compliance with local regulations.
Can I use TradeStaq in my country?
TradeStaq is available globally, but users must comply with local laws regarding cryptocurrency trading. Some countries restrict crypto trading.
