How It Works

1. Get Your Referral Link

Every TradeStaq user has a unique referral link:

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Referrals
2. Copy your personalized referral link
3. Your link format: https://www.tradestaq.com/signup?ref=YOUR_CODE

2. Share Your Link

Share your referral link with:

• Trading communities and forums
• Social media (Twitter, Reddit, Discord)
• Friends and colleagues
• Your YouTube or blog audience
• Trading groups and channels

3. They Sign Up

When someone signs up using your link:

• They automatically get 10% off their first subscription
• The discount applies to Pro, Trader, or Whale tiers
• They can see who referred them during signup

4. You Earn Commissions

Once your referee subscribes:

• You earn 20% commission on their payments
• Commissions continue for 12 months from their first subscription
• Earnings are credited to your TradeStaq wallet
• Track all earnings in real-time on your Referrals page

Duration

• Earn commissions for 12 months from referee's first payment
• If they renew after 12 months, commissions stop
• If they upgrade, you earn 20% of the upgrade amount

Access your Referral Dashboard at Dashboard → Referrals to view:

• Total Referrals: All users who signed up with your link
• Active Referrals: Users currently subscribed and generating commissions
• Total Earnings: All-time commission earnings
• Pending Earnings: Commissions not yet credited

Using Your Earnings

Referral commissions are credited to your TradeStaq Wallet:

What You Can Use It For

• Subscription payments: Pay for your own TradeStaq subscription
• Strategy purchases: Buy strategies from the marketplace
• Copy trading fees: Follow paid master traders
• Withdraw: Request withdrawal to your bank or crypto wallet (minimum $50)

Withdrawal

To withdraw your earnings:

1. Go to Settings → Wallet
2. Click Withdraw Funds
3. Select withdrawal method (bank transfer or crypto)
4. Enter amount (minimum $50)
5. Confirm withdrawal

Withdrawals typically process within:

• Bank transfer: 2-5 business days
• Crypto (USDT/USDC): 10-30 minutes

Referral Terms

Eligibility

• Must have an active TradeStaq account
• Referees must be new users (never had an account before)
• Cannot refer yourself or use fake accounts
• Must comply with TradeStaq's Terms of Service

Qualification Requirements

For a referral to become "qualified":

1. Referee must complete email verification
2. Referee must subscribe to a paid plan (Pro, Trader, or Whale)
3. First payment must clear successfully
4. Referee account must remain in good standing

Commission Payment

• Commissions credited within 24-48 hours of referee's payment
• Commissions are gross (before any refunds)
• If referee requests refund, corresponding commission is deducted
• Minimum withdrawal: $50

Disqualification

You may lose referral privileges if you:

• Use spam or unethical marketing tactics
• Create fake accounts to self-refer
• Violate TradeStaq's Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Changes

• TradeStaq reserves the right to modify commission rates
• Changes apply to new referrals only (existing continue at original rate)
• You'll be notified of any program changes

FAQ

Can I use my own referral code?

No, self-referrals are not allowed. Your referee must be a different person who has never had a TradeStaq account.

What if my referee uses a different email?

If someone you referred creates an account with a different email, the referral won't be tracked. They must sign up through your specific referral link.

Do I earn from paper trading users?

No, only paid subscriptions generate commissions. Free tier users don't contribute to your earnings.

Can I change my referral code?

No, referral codes are permanent once generated. However, you can request a custom code by contacting support if you meet certain criteria (e.g., influencer status).

What happens after 12 months?

After 12 months from the referee's first payment, commissions stop for that referral. However, if they remain subscribed, they continue enjoying TradeStaq - they just don't generate commissions for you anymore.

Can I refer businesses or groups?

Yes! If a trading group or business signs up using your link, you'll earn commissions on all their subscriptions. Contact hello@tradestaq.com for volume referral arrangements.

Are there payout thresholds?

Yes, minimum withdrawal is $50. Below that, earnings accumulate in your wallet until you reach the threshold.

Do I need to pay taxes on referral income?

Referral commissions may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. Consult with a tax professional for guidance. TradeStaq does not provide tax advice.
